I Just Placed My Order, When Will It Ship?

Processing and Shipment takes 2 - 10 Business Days.

PLEASE NOTE:  *****Due to supply, we are shipping directly from over seas manufacturing warehouse instead of our US warehouse.  We manufacture our products Worldwide.  Shipping is averaging 4 to 5 weeks. 

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

United States: 10-35 Business Days

Europe: 15-60 Business Days

Canada: 15-60 Business Days

Australia, New Zealand: 15-60 Business Days

Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business Days

 

**Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs & weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. 

 

Did My Order Go Through? I Didn't Get A Confirmation Email.

If you did not receive a confirmation email with an order number, then either you entered the incorrect email address when placing the order, or your order did not process in our system. 

Please use the Contact Us page on the site to get in touch and we will look for the order and add the correct email address before resending the confirmation.

 

I did not apply the coupon code. What can I do?

Unfortunately a coupon code cannot be applied after you have completed the processing of your order. We want you to get those savings, so please be sure to remember to apply your code before finalizing your purchase. Please note that coupon codes can not be combined. Only (1) coupon per order can be applied. 

 

Can I Modify My Order After It Has Been Placed? 

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed, so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering!

 

Can I Return or Exchange?

We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchases, however we know sometimes online shopping does not go to plan. You have 30 days to return your item back to us starting from the day you sign for your order.
  • Here's the fine print. All original tags must be attached and be returned without any traces of make up, fake tan, or perfume. 
  • Exchanges - Sorry we do not offer exchanges right now. If you need a new size please place a new order and we will refund you for your original order once the item has been shipped back to us. "We only replace items if they are defective or damaged."
  • Received an incorrect or faulty item? We're sorry to hear that, please email us at info@beautydreamboutique.com with further details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer care team will be more than happy to look into this for you

sanitary goods, liquid and cream products, and beauty products and tools. All pictures of the products shown are for illustration purpose only and may not be an exact representation of the product.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

*Discounted Items are not applicable for refunds, unfortunately only regular priced items can be refunded.

To return, please ship your item(s) to P.O. Box 77, Paw Paw, WV, 25434, USA. We strongly encourage using a shipping service that provides a tracking number so you can follow your item in transit. 

**The Beauty Dream Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs on returns – this is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are able to cancel your order, just contact us at info@beautydreamboutique.com with your name, email address and order number. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been shipped, you will have to send the item back to us in order to receive a refund. Please note: We only give refunds if the item is unopened, unused and not on sale. Do not remove any packaging from the product. 

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships. Please note that you will be charged a restocking fee on the item. The restocking fee is 20% off the items marked cost. The restocking fee will be taken out of the refundable amount of your purchase. 

 

My Delivery Is Incomplete! Where Are My Other Items?

It's worth noting that multiple-products ordered may not be shipped together or delivered on the same day because we have several fulfilment centers in different locations, but fear not all of your pieces have definitely been dispatched and will arrive very soon!

 

Do You Have Tracking On Your Shipments?

YES we do!! We offer tracking on all shipments. Please allow a maximum of 7-10 business days for your tracking number to be updated by the shipping courier after you receive your shipping confirmation via email.

 

My Order Says Shipped/Delivered, But I typed My Address In Incorrectly...

Unfortunately, because all our processes are automated and orders are processed and fulfilled immediately, we are unable to modify the order.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order.

To confirm, The Beauty Dream Boutique will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address. If your item has been shipped and been delivered to the wrong address Beauty Dream Boutique is not reasonable for the item. If you provided us the wrong shipping address and we shipped to the address you provided to us, Beauty Dream Boutique is not reasonable for the package and reserves the right to be exempt from providing a refund.

 

Lost/Unknown Causes in Shipments..

Packages that are either stolen from your doorstep, lost or undelivered are NOT our responsibility. If your package is marked delivered by your countries carrier and delivered to the correct address, but you claim you didn't receive it Beauty Dream Boutique reserves all rights to be exempt from all refunds or replacements with your order. This falls under seller protection and prevents us from being taken advantage of by wrongful customers. If your package does not arrive within or after the estimated delivery time then you should contact your Local Postal Office to explain the situation and provide them with your tracking number.

Please also be aware that there may be rare occurrences where customs may delay the transit time of some packages. If you think you package is delayed due to customs please contact us at info@beautydreamboutique.com.

 

International Taxes and Duties:

Every country has its own set of regulations so please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn more about how your country handles taxes and duties. 

The Beauty Dream Boutique is not not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
